M. Christine Brady has practiced general business litigation, with an emphasis in employment law, in California for more than 22 years. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants, employers and employees, large companies and small businesses in a variety of forums including: trials, unemployment hearings and appeals, Superior Court Appeals and writs, 132A actions and mediations. Ms. Brady collected almost two million dollars following a successful trial and two appeals in a wrongful termination action. She has also successfully defended and settled numerous employment actions for employers. In addition to litigation, Ms. Brady has helped her clients in the preparation of employment contracts, employment manuals, policy and procedure manuals and negotiation of amicable resolutions to employment disputes.

Ms. Brady received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1982. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in 1977. In 1988, Ms. Brady earned a certificate in Entertainment Law, Music and Recording Industry, from the University of Southern California. Ms. Brady has taught an MCLE class on Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Brady was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982, the United States District Court, Central District in 1983 and the United States District Court, Southen District in 1987. Ms. Brady is a member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
